Appointments are available in person or via telehealth and after hour appointments are available. Medicare rebates are available with a referral and mental health care plan in place.

Locations and hours

I works from two locations, Hampton (Mon-Thurs) and Bentleigh East (Friday). I offer evening appointments on Monday and Thursday, as I understand it can be difficult to attend during working hours. You can choose to attend appointments in person or over telehealth, whatever is easiest and most appeals to you. You can check appointment availability at each location Click here

The practice in Hampton is on the border of Highett and is easily accessible from bayside suburbs of Brighton, Mentone, Backrock, Beaumaris and Parkdale.

On Fridays, I am located at The Wellness Suites, Bentleigh East. This is easily accessible from southeastern suburbs of Bentleigh, Oakleigh, Murrumbeena, Cheltenham, Moorabbin and Dingley.

You are welcome to bring your baby to sessions and there are toys to occupy toddlers.

Referrals and Rebates

A referral is not required to make an appointment. However, if you would like to access medicare rebates you will need a referral with a mental health care plan. This can be obtained following an assessment with your GP or psychiatrist. You will need to book a longer appointment with your GP to complete a mental health care plan. The rebate covers approximately 60% of the consultation fee. A higher rebate is provided if you have reached the medicare safety net.

Private health cover 

If you have private health insurance, please check with your provider to determine if psychology is covered and the rebate available. Please note, both medicare and private health claims cannot be made on the same session.
